Entreprise Pro Ulpia inc. · Last updated: 2026
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can require of us. It is written in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.
Who is responsible
Entreprise Pro Ulpia inc., doing business as Ulpia, is responsible for the personal information it holds.

What we collect
Only what you give us voluntarily, through our estimate request form, by email or by phone:
- your name;
- your phone number;
- your email address;
- the information you give us about your project (room, description, timeline, budget, and the job address where applicable).
We collect no sensitive information and use no advertising tracking cookies on this site.
Why we collect it
To contact you about your project, prepare a quote, schedule a visit, and carry out the contract if you award it to us. We use it for no other purpose without your consent.
Your consent
By submitting the form you consent to our using this information for the purposes described above. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us. We will not refuse you any service for declining to provide information that is not necessary to deliver it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only where necessary to carry out your project – for example with a licensed plumbing or electrical subcontractor working at your home – and only to the extent required.
Hosting and transfers outside Quebec
Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger, whose servers and support services may be located outside Quebec, including in the United States and Europe. Your information may therefore be stored or processed there and be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We have assessed this transfer and consider it adequate given the limited nature of the information collected.
Retention
We keep unsuccessful estimate requests for twenty-four months, then destroy them. Client files are kept for as long as our legal, tax and warranty obligations require.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the information we hold about you;
- have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- request its deletion when we no longer have grounds to keep it;
- withdraw your consent;
- file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec if our response does not satisfy you.
Write to us at info@ulpia.ca. We respond within thirty days.
Security
Access to our mailboxes and files is password-protected and limited to those who need it. This site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Privacy incidents
In the event of an incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we will notify the individuals concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as the law requires.
Changes
Any change to this policy will be published on this page, with the date of the update.
