Our approach
A renovation is judged in the last five percent.
That is where we spend our attention.
Anyone can demolish a bathroom. The difference shows up somewhere else: in the reveal at the shower niche, the transition strip at the door, the drawer that still closes flush six months later. It is the work nobody notices when it is done right – and everybody notices when it is not.

And more
If your project is not on this list.
We take on whole houses and very nearly anything residential. Write to us or call 514 424-5082 – we will tell you straight whether it is for us.
Request an estimateOur work
We build for year ten, not for the photograph.
Bathrooms rebuilt from scratch, photographed at the end of the job on our own sites. Each project is described: what came out, what went back in, and why certain details matter more than others.
Our commitments
What you get, written down in advance.
Renovations go wrong for almost always the same reason: nobody wrote down what was going to happen. These are our commitments, identical on every job.
You don't see good work. You notice it ten years later.
Process
Five steps. No surprises in any of them.
Renovation anxiety is nearly always about not knowing what happens next. So here is the whole thing, written down, before you hire anyone – including us.
Site visit and measure
We come to you, measure the space, look behind what we are allowed to open, and ask what you actually want to change about how the room works. No sales pitch and no charge.
Written proposal
A scope written line by line, with allowances for the finishes you have not chosen yet, and a dated schedule. Detailed enough that you can compare it to any other quote on the same terms.
Selections and permits
We lock your finishes, order the long-lead items before demolition, pull permits and book the building. Nothing starts until the materials are secured.
Build
A lead on site at all times, and a written update every week with photos. Barriers up, floors protected, site swept before we leave each day.
Deficiency walk and handover
Radu walks the job with you and writes down everything either of you notices. We correct all of it before the final invoice, then hand over your warranty and manuals.
Areas served
South Shore first. Greater Montreal after that.
Every municipality has its own permits, its own building rules and its own surprises behind the drywall. Twenty years in this region means knowing what to expect before the wall comes open.
Frequently asked
The things people ask before they call.
If yours is not here, ask it on the phone. No script.
How detailed is your quote?
We measure and write the scope before we quote, line by line, including allowances for tile, cabinetry and fixtures. Nothing gets added later without your written approval first – and if we open a wall and find something nobody could have seen, you hear it in writing before anyone continues.
Can I live in the home during the work?
For a single bathroom or a floor replacement, usually yes. For a kitchen or a full renovation, we will tell you honestly when moving out for a few weeks is cheaper and faster than working around you. Either way, dust barriers, floor protection and a swept site are standard, not an upgrade.
What happens if you fall behind schedule?
You get the dated schedule at the start and a short update every week. If a delivery slips or an inspector reschedules, you hear it from us the day it happens along with the new date – not at the end.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. RBQ licence 5790-0169-01, a contractor's bond with no claims on file, and liability insurance. We send all of it before you commit. Every permit a job requires is pulled in our name.
Who does the plumbing and electrical?
Subcontractors licensed in their own trade, as Quebec regulation requires. We coordinate them, we chose them, and we answer for their work – but we do not pretend to perform it ourselves.
Do you help with design?
Yes, light design support: layout, finish selection and walking the suppliers with you. We give you a design questionnaire to pin down your taste, then present two or three directions. If you already have a designer or an architect, we build to their drawings and coordinate with them directly.
Careers
Small on purpose. Growing carefully.
If you take the extra ten minutes to get a reveal straight, you will not have to explain yourself here. Steady work across the South Shore and Greater Montreal, paid on the day promised, tools provided, clean sites.
No formal résumé needed. Three lines about what you have built, and photos if you have them.
